Although we would love to keep you in town, it is likely that Charleston may not be the last stop in your service career (I know, I married an Air Force man!). We can simplify your future relocation by making sure that the home you purchase now will still be attractive to buyers when it's time to leave.
We think you'll love “Lowcountry” as much as we do. The city and surrounding areas have a lot to offer, from the beaches, the sites of historic Charleston, great fishing and paddling on the rivers and lakes, good Southern food, and many charming towns to call home, plus our cost of living is well below the national average. Your dollar will go a long way in terms of housing and other costs.
